SelectOdd (clip)
SelectEven makes an output video stream using only the even-numbered
frames from the input. SelectOdd is its odd counterpart.
Since frames are numbered starting from zero, SelectEven
actually
selects the first, third, fifth,... frames by human counting conventions.
